Explanation
 The Communications Server SMTP (CSSMTP) application
processed the TargetServer  statements in the configuration file as
a result of the MODIFY REFRESH command  or MODIFY REFRESHIPLIST command.
No updated IP addresses were resolved from the TargetServer statements.
The current IP addresses will continue to be used.   Warnings were
issued as a result of processing the TargetServer statements. 
 The
target name on a TargetServer statement might have resulted in one
of the following:   A target name that could not be resolved to any IP address
A target name that was resolved to more than 4 IP addresses

 In the message text:  jobname
The job name of the task that started the CSSMTP application.

System action
 CSSMTP processing continues. 

Operator response
 Save the system log for problem determination
and contact the system  programmer.

System programmer response
 Examine the log file to determine
the cause of the WARNING messages in the log.  These warnings might
not cause the CSSMTP application to be unable to deliver  mail, but
they might indicate problems.    
 Ensure that the names specified
on the TargetServer statement are correct.  If the specified names are correct, then there might be a problem
in the domain name server setup or the resolver setup. See the information
about diagnosing name server problems and diagnosing resolver problems in z/OS Communications Server: IP Diagnosis Guide for information about  domain name server
or resolver problems. After you correct the problem by fixing the
domain name server setup or the resolver setup, then  issue the resolver
MODIFY  REFRESH command to cause the next resolver request  to use
the updated domain name server setup or the resolver setup, and reissue
the MODIFY REFRESHIPLIST  command to resolve the target servers again.
If the specified names are not correct, then correct them and
reissue the  MODIFY REFRESH command.
