Explanation
 The MODIFY FORCE_INACTIVE command was issued for
a TCP/IP stack that is not defined in the Defense Manager daemon (DMD)
configuration file.  The TCP/IP  stack is also down.  Defensive filtering
is inactive for the specified TCP/IP  stack so there is no action
for DMD to take to force the defensive filter mode to inactive.
 In
the message text: stackname
The name of the TCP/IP stack specified on the MODIFY FORCE_INACTIVE
 command.

System action
 The MODIFY FORCE_INACTIVE command is ignored.
