Explanation
 The left brace ( { ) of a configuration statement
was missing. All statements  begin with a left brace ( { ) and end
with a right brace ( } ). Each brace must  be on a separate line with
no other text.

System action
 The processing of the configuration file stops.
If this error occurs while a MODIFY command is being processed, then
no changes are committed and the daemon  continues using the old configuration
values. If this error occurs during the  initial startup sequence
of the daemon, then the daemon ends.
