Explanation

The network security services (NSS) server encountered an error during initialization. The server is shutting down.

errno

errnojr
The hexadecimal UNIX System Services reason code. The format of the 4-byte reason code is explained in the introduction to the reason codes (errnojrs) information in the z/OS UNIX System Services Messages and Codes , where the reason codes are listed.
