Explanation
 This message is displayed during initialization
of the network security  services (NSS) server and whenever the state
of one of the configured  disciplines changes. 
 In the message
text: discipline_name
The discipline state that is being displayed.
state
The state of the discipline. Possible values are ENABLED or DISABLED.

System action
 The NSS server continues processing requests
for enabled disciplines. When a  discipline is disabled, any connections
using that discipline are disconnected. New NSS clients that request
a disabled discipline are not allowed to connect.

 None.

System programmer response
 None.

User response
 No action needed.
