Explanation
 The value configured for the specified network
security services daemon (NSSD) keyword is outside the allowable range. 
 In
the message text: value
The value configured for the keyword in the NSSD configuration
file.
keywordname
The name of the NSSD configuration keyword.
lowvalue
The lowest value allowed for the keyword.
highvalue
The highest value allowed for the keyword.

System action
 The processing of the configuration file stops.
If this error  occurs during a  MODIFY command, then no changes are
committed and the server continues  using the old configuration values.
 If this error occurs during the initial  startup sequence of the
server, then the server does not start.

 Contact the system programmer.
