Explanation
 No configuration file was specified, so the network
security services daemon (NSSD) attempted to use the default configuration
file. The default NSSD configuration file does not exist so the server
uses the default configuration  values.

System action
 NSSD reverts to default values and processing
continues.

 If you want values other than the
system supplied defaults, create a configuration file. See the information
about the network security services (NSS) server information
in z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
Reference for information about  the NSSD configuration
file.
