Explanation
 This message is issued in response to a DISPLAY
TCPIP,tcpname,SYSPLEX,PORTS command.  The
active explicit bind port range is not available to be displayed from
this  stack either because explicit bind port range processing is
not enabled for  this stack or this stack does not have access to
the sysplexports coupling  facility structure.

System action
 TCP/IP continues

Operator response
 Issue the DISPLAY TCPIP,tcpname,SYSPLEX,PORTS
command, specifying a stack that has explicit bind port range processing
enabled, or issue a DISPLAY  NET,STATS,TYPE=CFS,STRNAME=sysplexports_structure_name command
on a VTAM® node that is  connected
