Explanation
 The Advisor received a Transport Layer Security
(TLS) secure connection request  at the specified IP address from
the user specified by the user_id value. SAF authorization
for access to the  Advisor will be checked for the specified user
ID. 
 In the message text: applname
The name of the application that received the connection request.
Possible values are: LBADV for the z/OS® Load
Balancing Advisor (Advisor)
The job name of the Advisor, if it is configured for subplexing

user_id
The user identifier of the load balancer or Load Balancing Agent
 requesting access to the Advisor.
ip_addr
The IP address of the load balancer or Load Balancing Agent.

 The system continues processing.
