Explanation
 The application MODIFY REFRESH command failed
because of errors in the  configuration file.  The new configuration
is not used.  Subsequent MODIFY  REFRESH commands can now be accepted. 
 In
the message text: applname
The name of the application.  The application name is ADNR for
the automated domain name registration (ADNR) application.

System action
 Processing continues.  The previous configuration
continues to be used.

 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Check the application log files for
error messages to determine why the  configuration failed.
