Explanation
 In a multilevel secure environment, a required
security product profile could  not be found.
 resourcename is
the name of the resource that must be covered by a profile in  the
SERVAUTH class. 

System action
 TCPIP continues.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Define a security product profile
that covers the resource name in the SERVAUTH  class.  Verify that
the SERVAUTH class is active.  If changes have been made,  issue RACF® command SETROPTS RACLIST(SERVAUTH)
REFRESH or equivalent security  product command. See  z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
