Explanation
 Both the OPTLOCAL keyword and the TIMEDAFFINITY
keyword were specified on the  same VIPADISTRIBUTE statement.  The
OPTLOCAL and TIMEDAFFINITY keywords are mutually exclusive on the
 VIPADISTRIBUTE statement.

System action
 TCP/IP continues. The VIPADISTRIBUTE statement
is rejected.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 To change the VIPADISTRIBUTE statement
to have only one keyword,  do one of the following:  Correct and resubmit the original profile statement with the new
VIPADYNAMIC  block. 
Issue the VARY TCPIP,,OBEYFILE command with the new VIPADYNAMIC
block.
