is VARY  TCPIP,,SYSPLEX,RESUME,TARGET.

System action
 TCP/IP continues.

Operator response
 You must specify VARY TCPIP,,SYSPLEX,RESUME,TARGET
to resume the listening  applications for DVIPA sysplex distributor
workload distribution following a  VARY TCPIP,,SYSPLEX,QUIESCE,TARGET
command.
