Explanation

A VARY SYSPLEX QUIESCE or RESUME command was issued for a specific port. The command was ignored because no application was found listening with the parameters specified on the command.

cmdtype is either QUIESCE or RESUME.

System action

TCP/IP continues.

Operator response
