specified without a PORT  keyword, indicating dynamic ports.

rejected VIPADISTRIBUTE  statement with the PORT keyword.

Processing continues. The VIPADISTRIBUTE statement is rejected.

To disable dynamic ports,  delete all previous VIPADISTRIBUTE statements
for  this DVIPA. Then reissue the VIPADISTRIBUTE with the PORT keyword.
