Explanation
 The Internet Key Exchange (IKE) daemon received
an ISAKMP error notification message.  This error  indicates that
a Security Association (SA) negotiation failure occurred. 
 err_msg_type is
the type of ISAKMP error notification received.

System action
 The SA negotiation failed; IKE daemon processing
continues.

Operator response
 Use the err_msg_type value
to identify the failure and verify that the security policy  is specified
correctly.
