Explanation
 The MODIFY command that was entered could not
be parsed because of syntax problems. The failure occurred while parsing opt.
 opt is
the command option that was specified with the MODIFY command that
is incorrect.

System action
 The MODIFY command is rejected.  IKE daemon configuration
retains all values prior to the MODIFY REFRESH command.
