Explanation
 The value DYNAMIC was specified for the INBPERF
parameter on the INTERFACE  statement for an OSA-Express adapter.
The OSA-Express adapter microcode level does not  support the INBPERF
DYNAMIC setting.  
 In the message text: interface_name
The name of the interface from the INTERFACE statement.

System action
 TCP/IP activates the associated interface with
 the default INBPERF parameter  setting BALANCED.

 Contact the system programmer.

 Install a level of OSA-Express microcode
that supports the dynamic LAN idle  function. Use the VTAM® DISPLAY TRL command to determine your current
OSA-Express  microcode level.
