Explanation
 During the object data conversion process for
an SNMP packet, NCPROUTE detected an incorrect length value in the
header portion of the object data.  NCPROUTE could not continue processing
for the value has exceeded the maximum length of 64K.  The SNMP packet
may have been built incorrectly.

System action
 NCPROUTE exits.
