Explanation
 The client's IP address was not found in the session
table.  This indicates that NCPROUTE has not established a session
with the NCP client.  NCPROUTE will not manage the routes for the
client until a "Hello" PDU has been received for session establishment.

System action
 NCPROUTE continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Allow sufficient time for the NCP
client to issue the "Hello" PDUs so that a session can be established
with NCPROUTE.  If a Hello PDU was received and the problem persists,
contact IBM® software support
services.
