Generally, the RIT used by NCPROUTE should be the RIT that was generated during the generation of the current NCP load. In this case, an older RIT with the same name is probably being loaded. Locate and remove the old RIT. In some cases, multiple machines might want to own a single NCP and use the same NCP generation, but would require a unique RIT to run correctly.
