Explanation
 A client has attempted to establish a session
with the server and is being updated on the status of the request.
 An abend occurred during the load of the Routing Information Table
(RIT).  The session with the server is not established.  A previous
message explains the cause of the abend.

System action
 NCPROUTE continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Examine the abnormal end code in
a previous message and correct the error. If the problem cannot be
corrected, contact IBM® software
support services.
