Explanation
 The X25 server is processing an ALTLINK record
that was not preceded by a LINK record in the configuration data set.

System action
 X25 ignores the ALTLINK configuration record.

Operator response
 Correct the configuration data set by either
removing the ALTLINK statement or adding the correct LINK statement
preceding the ALTLINK statement.  For more information about the ALTLINK
