The SELECT process statement selects members from a PDS for comparison
or for being searched. You can specify as many member names as fit
on one line. If you need to select additional members, enter a new
SELECT statement.
For comparisons, the new members are normally compared with old
members that have the same names. Use the colon character (:) to compare
members that are not named alike.
Any number of SELECT statements may be specified.

- new_member
- The name of a new PDS member that
is to be compared to an old PDS member.

PDS.
- search_member
- The name of the PDS member that is
to be searched.
