Steps to take: To install the database template updates, run the IRRMIN00 utility with PARM=UPDATE.
Tip: The RACF database templates have been updated as part of APAR OA43999 for z/OS V2R1, V1R13, and V1R12, which introduced RACF password enhancements. The templates contain a version string with a value of OA43999 00000193.00000023 on all releases.
