Creating child enclaves using SVC LINK or CMSCALL z/OS Language Environment Writing Interlanguage Communication Applications SA38-0684-00 |
|
The behavior of a child enclave created by an SVC LINK or CMSCALL is determined by the language of its main routine: C, C++, COBOL, Fortran, PL/I, or Language Environment-conforming assembler (generated by use of the CEEENTRY and associated macros). MVS™ considerations: When issuing a LINK to a routine, the high-order bit must be set on for the last word of the parameter list. To do this, set VL=1 on the LINK assembler macro. |
