- The user issues a MODIFY (F) or MESSAGE (Z) command:

- The external XOID conversion of SYSID, SYSNAME, TYPE, and DDNAME
to internal format is performed by calling BDTXXOID.
- SYSID and DDNAME are formatted without change. The type field
of the external format is converted to its XOIDTYPE code. In this
case, TSO is converted to 1.
- BDTXXOID converts the internal format (SYSID, SYSNAME, TYPE, DDNAME)
into the processor name, user type, and identification.
