External to internal conversion of the XOID format

The user issues a MODIFY (F) or MESSAGE (Z) command:

BDT F LOG ADEST=(SPK01,SYS1,TSO,CCJMN)

The external XOID conversion of SYSID, SYSNAME, TYPE, and DDNAME to internal format is performed by calling BDTXXOID.
SYSID and DDNAME are formatted without change. The type field of the external format is converted to its XOIDTYPE code. In this case, TSO is converted to 1.
BDTXXOID converts the internal format (SYSID, SYSNAME, TYPE, DDNAME) into the processor name, user type, and identification.
