Sites are part
of the security architecture. You assign
security groups to provide access to sites.
About this task
You
can only add sites to which you have access. You can
only add inactive sites to a group if your user record is authorized
for inactive sites.
Procedure
- In the Security Groups
application, select the group for
which you want to assign site access.
- Click
the Sites tab.
- Select
one of these options:
- To authorize the group
to have access to all sites, select
the Authorize Group for All Sites check box.
If you select this option, you cannot add rows.
- To
authorize the group to have access to individual sites,
click New Row and specify the name of the site.
After you select a site, the remaining fields are populated.
- Save your changes.
