Post-installation tasks
The Pacbase facet of Rational® Programming Patterns runs only with the default encoding of the workspace in the Software Delivery Platform. If the field Text file encoding, available from , contains another value than the default value Cp1252, you must change it. Any other value causes use problems.
Furthermore, make sure that you do not use Unicode characters when you work with Rational Programming Patterns because this type of encoding is not supported.
