Deactivate data to free server storage space

Tivoli® Storage Manager Version 7.1.3 simplifies the process of deleting active backup data that you no longer require. You can deactivate the data to ensure that the file will be deleted by the inventory expiration process. In this way, you can free storage space on the Tivoli Storage Manager server.
