TSM ran out of resource (either processes or shared storage) that prevents it from starting a migrate or recall operation. Your file selections remain intact. This message is issued only from the Motif HSM GUI, which is no longer supported.
TSM cannot start the migrate or recall operation.
Use the HSM Unix shell commands instead.
