The archive attribute for file filename cannot be reset. The return code from Windows API function SetFileAttributes()
is  rc.
Explanation
 The client was unable to reset the archive attribute
for the file indicated in the message. This error is due to an error
received from the Windows API function SetFileAttributes().

System action
 processing stops.

User response
 Try the operation again. If the problem persists,
it may be indicative of a problem with the file. Contact your system
administrator or TSM  administrator for further assistance.
