Review the TSM error log and Windows event log for information related to this error. Restart any failing system service indicated in the Windows event log. Restart the volume shadow copy Service. You can use the Windows command VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS to determine the status of the volume shadow copy service. It might be necessary to reboot the machine to clear the Volume Shadow Copy error state.
