The cluster database has been restored but the cluster service on some nodes could not be started. Use the Failover Cluster Management tool to manually start the nodes.
The cluster database has been restored. During the restore, the cluster services were taken offline except for the node being restored. Tivoli® Storage Manager failed to automatically start these cluster services. You need to start them manually. The nodes whose services failed to start are logged in the client error log.
