Bad server certificate.
TSM was unable to open SSL connection to server because of a bad certificate. This error usually occurs when the server certificate cannot be verified by the client.

Make sure you have configured the key database for SSL communication as described in the documentation. Make sure to import the correct certificate from the TSM server you are trying to connect to.
