IBM® Tivoli® Storage Manager was not able to take a snapshot of the specified volume because a previous operation required the machine to be restarted for the changes to take effect, but the machine has not been restarted. The operation will continue without snapshot support.
The client does not execute the snapshot operation.
Restart the machine and then try the operation again.
