The snapshot cache location is not valid.
Explanation
 The snapshot cache location must point to a local
volume that is formatted with NTFS. The default cache location is
on the same volume where the snapshot is being performed. The operation
will continue without snapshot support.

System action
 Snapshot processing stops.

 Specify a different snapshot cache location using
the SNAPSHOTCACHELOCATION  option.
