The iconv converter for the default message repository for the current locale cannot be opened. The iconv converter used to convert from UTF-8 to the current locale is not installed on this work station.
TSM continues processing using the English language message repository.
Make sure the required iconv converter is installed properly. If the problem continues, see your system administrator for further help.
