Shmport

The shmport option specifies the TCP/IP port address of a server when using shared memory. All shared memory communications start with a TCP/IP connection.

Windows operating systems Note: The value specified for the shmport option in the client options file (dsm.opt) must match the value specified for shmport in the server options file.

port_number

Windows operating systems Specifies the port number. You can specify a value from 1 to 32767. The default value is 1510.
