WRKAREA

The WRKAREA system initialization parameter specifies the number of bytes to be allocated to the common work area (CWA).

WRKAREA={512|number}: This area, for use by your installation, is initially set to binary zeros, and is available to all programs. It is not used by CICS. The maximum size for the work area is 3584 bytes.
