If the error occurred in the Link3270 business state file, DFHMAL2F, ensure that the Link3270 state cleanup tasks are not running. Use the CICS® transaction ID from the error message to determine the program name of the generated Link3270 navigator.Ensure that the Link3270 business state file is defined correctly and enabled to CICS.
