The MCT system
initialization parameter specifies the monitoring control table suffix.
- MCT={NO|YES|xx}
- If you specify MCT=NO, CICS monitoring builds dynamically a default
MCT, ensuring that default monitoring control table entries are always
available for use when monitoring is on and a monitoring class (or
classes) is active. You can generate an MCT with a single-character
suffix only for use by CICS because single-character suffixes cause
an error when the MCT is processed by DFHMNDUP. If you use DFHMNDUP,
make sure that you create your MCTs with two-character suffixes.
