You must modify the 60Database.xml file to allow user names and passwords to contain the letter i in the Turkish locale
For the Turkish (tr) locale, you must set the case-insensitive-security-cache entry in the 60Database.xml file to false to allow user names and passwords to contain the letter i. The 60Database.xml file is located in the install_root\profiles\profile_name\config\cells\cell_name\nodes\node_name\servers\server_name\process-center\config\system\ directory.
Google Chrome and Apple iPad Safari browsers do not fully support Simplified Chinese

You cannot use CTRL + SPACE as a hot key for both Chinese language input typing and with the web-based Process Designer environment
The JavaScript automatic code completion feature in the web-based Process Designer environment makes use of the keystroke combination CTRL + SPACE. However, this keystroke combination is often used as a hot key for Chinese language input typing. If you want to use the JavaScript automatic code completion feature in the web-based Process Designer environment, do not use the CTRL + SPACE combination as a hot key for any other purpose.

You can check to see if there is another hot key using CTRL + SPACE and change it to another keystroke combination. In the Text Services and Input Languages dialogue box, click IME > Advanced Key Settings > Change Key Sequence.
