3218 (0C93) (RC3218): MQRCCF_CHANNEL_INITIATOR_ERROR
Explanation
Channel initiator cannot be started, or no suitable channel initiator is available.
This
might occur because of the following reasons:
- The channel initiator cannot be started because:
- It is already active.
- There are insufficient system resources.
- The queue manager was shutting down.
- The shared channel cannot be started because there was no suitable
channel initiator available for any active queue manager in the queue-sharing
group. This could be because:
- No channel initiators are running.
- The channel initiators that are running are too busy to allow any channel, or a channel of the particular type, to be started.
