WebSphere Liberty operator custom resources

WebSphere Liberty has custom resource definitions (CRDs) for the following CRs, or kinds. An administrator can update the CRDs for the kinds to change the operator configuration. The WebSphereLibertyTrace and WebSphereLibertyDump CRs are day-2 operations that provide server dumps and traces from a Liberty server that is running in a pod.
