Upgrading Query Patroller servers

Upgrading a Query Patroller server involves upgrading the DB2® server to Version 9.7, installing a Query Patroller Version 9.7, and enabling Query Patroller. No additional Query Patroller-specific command is required to upgrade a Query Patroller server.

Before you begin

You must have installed Query Patroller Version 9.5, Version 9.1, or Version 8.

  1. Upgrade your DB2 server where Query Patroller is installed using any of the following tasks: In the upgrade task, you must install Query Patroller server Version 9.7 after installing DB2 Version 9.7 to successfully upgrade your instances.
  2. Enable Query Patroller.
  3. Verifying the installation of Query Patroller server
