Executable ID list is included in unit of work event monitor information

You can now collect the executable ID list and associated statement-level metrics for a unit of work. Inclusion of an executable ID list can help facilitate SQL statement troubleshooting.

You can enable the collection of this information by using one of the following two mechanisms:

Enable collection at the database level by setting the mon_uow_data database configuration parameter to BASE and the mon_uow_execlist database configuration parameter to ON, as shown in the following example:
```
UPDATE DB CFG FOR SAMPLE USING mon_uow_data BASE
UPDATE DB CFG FOR SAMPLE USING mon_uow_execlist ON 
```
Enable collection for a specific workload by specifying the COLLECT UNIT OF WORK DATA clause for the CREATE WORKLOAD or ALTER WORKLOAD statement. The syntax of the clause has changed. For details, see "ALTER WORKLOAD and CREATE WORKLOAD statements have changed".

In a partitioned database environment, the executable ID list is collected for each coordinator member or data member. In a DB2® pureScale® environment, the executable ID list is collected from the coordinator member.
