DSNU628I `csect-name` STATISTICS WILL NO LONGER BE COLLECTED ON RESTART

Explanation
 Since inline statistics is not restartable, Statistics
may not be collected on the object that was being processed during
the restart of the LOAD/REORG utility. If a list of objects is being
processed, then objects that are not processed yet will still have
statistics collected. The error message will be issued on restart
of a LOAD/REORG utility with the STATISTICS keyword specified.

 Run the runstats utility on the object after
the utility execution unless the DSNU620I message is present, indicating
that the statistics were collected.
