Explanation
  A CANCEL command was issued for a job while a Db2 utility was active. The job
will terminate after all of its Db2 threads
have terminated.

System action
  All threads created
by the utility will perform the rollback and deallocation processing
that is required. When this is complete the job will terminate.

System programmer response
  Rollback processing might take a
significant amount of time, especially for a LOAD LOG YES utility.
Under extreme conditions a FORCE command can be used to immediately
terminate the job, but this is not recommended because it can cause
the thread deallocation to abend.
