Explanation
An attempt was made to restart the LOAD utility during the RELOAD phase with both the RESUME and PRESORTED YES options. During the RELOAD phase, the RESUME option cannot be used with the PRESORTED YES option. Use LOAD REPLACE PRESORTED YES instead.
